Seneca Healthcare District is pleased to announce we have switched to a new patient portal as of February 7, 2022. Our new patient portal is My Care Corner, for hospital, lab and radiology patients.

The exciting thing about MyCareCorner is that it has a free app, which will allow you to access your Seneca Healthcare District patient portal account on your mobile phone!

My Care Corner is an interactive user interface that brings your health data to life and promotes a collaborative approach to care. MyCareCorner connects with devices like blood pressure cuffs, blood glucose devices and weight scales. MyCareCorner also works with Apple Health. To connect the two, create an account at MyCareCorner first, then set up your portal information on Apple Health.

Information entered into your current patient portal account on ThrivePatientPortal.com, within the past two years will automatically transfer to the new system, but you will be required to set up a new account on MyCareCorner.

When you have an appointment in the hospital, lab, or radiology and provide your email address, you will receive an email with a link to join MyCareCorner. Click the link in the email to create your account. Once your account is created, you can access your health record at MyCareCorner.net from any browser, or you can download the MyCareCorner app.

Please note we are working through the transition to MyCareCorner and actively working through any issues that arise. We are confident that when the portal transition is fully complete you will love our new portal!
