My grandfather recently was taken to Seneca ER and dx with UTI / sepsis. And before I even got a call from my grandmother the next morning telling me what happened I saw two voicemail from the nurses and care coordinator earlier that morning. It was a rough day of figuring things out because of how fast he declined but they helped us through the entire process and kept us updated.
