While the previous portal will continue to be available for viewing, no new information will be added to the previous portal beginning June 5. Enroll At Your Next Seneca Hospital & Clinic Visit
If you haven’t seen us since we launched our new electronic health record system, some personal demographic and medical information may not be available at your first medical visit. To help us better serve you, we encourage all patients with an appointment on or after June 5, 2023, to:
Arrive 15-20 Minutes Early
Bring a List of All Prescription and Non-Prescription Medications
Bring Current Insurance & Identification Information
The Patient Portal offers a convenient messaging system which is a secure communication platform to view your medical record and connect with your healthcare team. It should not be used for non-health related matters or in the event of a medical emergency.
Our goal is to respond to any messages sent to a clinic or provider within 3 business days. If you do not receive a response within that time period, please contact us directly by phone 1(833)227-3743, and if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
