The Patient Portal offers a convenient messaging system which is a secure communication platform to view your medical record and connect with your healthcare team. It should not be used for non-health related matters or in the event of a medical emergency.
Our goal is to respond to any messages sent to a clinic or provider within 3 business days. If you do not receive a response within that time period, please contact us directly by phone 1(833)227-3743, and if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
