We are aware that some patients may have received a billing statement showing a balance that appears to have already been paid. This is related to a recent update to our billing system that aligns our billing cycle with Cerner’s 45day billing schedule.

Due to a temporary delay in payment posting, a statement may have been generated reflecting a balance that has already been resolved. If you see this, please know that no additional payment is required if your balance has been paid. These duplicate balances will automatically drop off in the next statement cycle, and only new services with an outstanding balance will appear going forward.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we transition to the updated billing schedule.

If you have questions or would like reassurance about your account, please contact our contracted billing company at (844) 951-7275.
