In an effort to better serve our patients and community, on June 3rd, 2023, Seneca switched to a new electronic health records system called Cerner Community Works. During this conversion, we experienced issues with patient billing statements and chose to pause the mailing of statements until the problems were resolved. Patients and responsible parties could, and can, still view their information through the online patient portal. We believe the issues have been resolved and sending patient statements has resumed as of June 28, 2024, and the internal collections cycle will start over. We understand you may have questions.
