Traci Holt is a visionary leader with over twenty years of dedicated service in workforce development. Her career is distinguished by a steadfast commitment to building and leading high-performing teams that excel in fostering relationships with stakeholders across various sectors.
Having retired from the workforce development industry, Traci now devotes her full attention to managing her family’s forestry business alongside her husband in the Lake Almanor Basin.
She brings a wealth of experience encompassing operations, finance, strategic planning, human resources, public relations, policy development, and organizational management. Her strategic foresight and ability to navigate complex information have consistently driven innovative solutions that address evolving workforce challenges.
One of Traci’s notable achievements includes receiving the California Workforce Association’s prestigious award for “California Workforce Development Agency of the Year.” This recognition was earned for her instrumental work in leading efforts to assist with the rebuilding of Paradise after the devastating 2018 Camp Fire. Her leadership during this crisis exemplified her dedication to community resilience and workforce revitalization.
Traci contributed significantly to the field through her service on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the California Workforce Association. In these roles, she played a pivotal role in shaping policies and initiatives that have had a positive impact on workforce development statewide.
