September 2026 New Build Update

Most recently, interior painting has begun. While interior is steadily progressing, the exterior of the campus is also transforming. Generators have been installed (pictured left). In preparation for opening, staffing efforts are already underway. Recruitment has begun, and new team members are being hired and trained to ensure they are ready to provide high-quality care and support services when the facility opens its doors. Outside the building, sidewalks and roadways are being installed around the campus, enhancing access, safety, and connectivity for all. With progress happening both inside and outside the facility, the project remains on track and continues to move one step closer to serving our region’s healthcare needs.

Through the Buy a Brick Campaign, supporters have the opportunity to purchase a personalized engraved brick for $500. Bricks may honor a loved one, celebrate a family legacy, recognize a local business, commemorate a special milestone, or simply express pride in the community we all call home.

For many families, Seneca Healthcare District has been there during some of life’s most meaningful moments, from caring for aging parents, to providing comfort during medical emergencies. The Buy a Brick Campaign gives community members an opportunity to give back while creating a visible reminder of the connections that make our region so special.

The next phase of construction will focus on installing the roads and parking areas throughout the campus. Most of the sidewalks have already been completed. As work progresses on the remaining infrastructure, crews will be concentrating on paving and finishing the roadways and parking lots.
