Laurie brings over 30 years of leadership and hands‑on rehabilitation experience, including her recent role as Manager of Rehabilitation and Cardiopulmonary Services at Clark Fork Valley Hospital. Her background includes oversight of PT, OT, Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Home Oxygen programs, as well as performance improvement, community outreach, and full-spectrum patient care across acute, swing bed, outpatient, long-term care, and home settings. These skills directly strengthen SHD’s commitment to offering exceptional, patient-centered recovery services close to home.
