Seneca Healthcare District welcomed Heather Smith, PA-C as a new Family Practice Provider in August of 2023. Heather has signed on as a permanent provider with Seneca. She is a skilled professional with many years of experience in primary care and general surgery. Seneca is proud to have her as part of our team.
