Donna's Letter

“My mom Jane Carr spent over a year and a half at the Seneca Long Term Facility. To describe the place in one word would be, ‘amazing’! My mom at times could be a little hard to please, but she only praised the staff, facility, and food. She loved her food. At 97 my mom was as sharp as a tack and very aware of her surroundings. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make her comfortable and well cared for.

Jane’s niece who was a nurse practitioner in Reno for 40 years was very impressed by the great staff (very caring), responsive patients, cleanliness of the facility and patients. At the end of her career she traveled all around the Reno area and beyond (Elko, Winnemucca, Austin, Carson City, Fernley, etc.) immunizing staff at numerous long term care facilities. She told me she had never been in a facility that nice. That speaks volumes. I was very grateful for the care my mom received at Seneca Long Term Care and Seneca Hospital.”
