Good afternoon, sir,
I just wanted to reach out to you and give thanks to your lab staff. I recently visited the lab last Saturday, May 7th and even though they were busy at 0800 hours, they made me aware of the wait time which really wasn’t a wait at all. I have been coming to your facility from Susanville the last year and must say it has been a pleasure. Every tip we have made, your staff has been more than professional and courteous. Trying to find a good service provider here in Susanville has been a real chore. I have just learned from one of my employees that the Lab Corp office here in Susanville will be closed for a couple months, leaving folks the only option of going to Banner Lassen.
I have notified my staff, when they need their lab work, to make the trip over to your facility because of its professionalism, courtesy, and the quickness of your staff. I know myself and some of the staff will continue to utilize your lab on Saturdays since that is the only day we can make it over. This is another reason for making the short trip and not having to travel to Reno or wait months here scheduling a blood draw.
Again, just wanted to give you a shoutout about your staff and services. Hopefully I can generate some more business for you.
