My grandfather recently was taken to Seneca ER and dx with UTI / sepsis. And before I even got a call from my grandmother the next morning telling me what happened I saw two voicemail from the nurses and care coordinator earlier that morning. It was a rough day of figuring things out because of how fast he declined but they helped us through the entire process and kept us updated. All the nurses were fantastic, he was always checked on taken care of, etc. Even one of the Doctors spent 20 min with me on the phone. My grandfather did a full 180 and improved and they helped organize ride, asked where we had preference of rehab centers for him to check into first. Everyone there made this entire event the least stressful as possible, always kept us updated, answered our calls, answered all our questions, and made us feel at peace with his care and they helped schedule everything afterwards for us and it was such a relief. Thank you all !!!
