My grandfather recently was taken to Seneca ER and dx with UTI / sepsis. And before I even got a call from my grandmother the next morning telling me what happened I saw two voicemail from the nurses and care coordinator earlier that morning. It was a rough day of figuring things out because of how fast he declined but they helped us through the entire process and kept us updated. I was seen at the hospital. I was taken back right away, and treated with kindness and respect for a kidney stone. I haven't had pain since that visit! I am still trying to catch the stone to determine what it is made of for a treatment plan going forward, but this hospital helped subdue my pain in the meantime. Thank you, Dr. Lane, for your knowledge and treatment. I am very satisfied.

The staff is super friendly and professional! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get in to see a doctor. Will be using this place for all my children and myself for now on. Totally worth the commute from Susanville!
